Ze kan geleidelijk worden ontwikkeld door kleine dagelijkse gewoonten. Leren ontspannen helpt om emoties beter te beheersen, de concentratie te verbeteren en het algemene welzijn te versterken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Tot jezelf komen met een stille pauze<\/strong><br>Enkele minuten zonder geluid, zonder telefoon en zonder prikkels nemen helpt de geest tot rust te brengen. Zelfs tijdens een drukke dag bevordert rustig zitten, de rug recht houden en de ogen sluiten een gevoel van innerlijke rust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Ontspannen door beweging<\/strong><br>Een rustige wandeling, enkele stretchoefeningen, wat yoga of simpelweg de schouders bewegen helpt om spierspanning los te laten. Het lichaam ontspant zich geleidelijk en geeft een gevoel van lichtheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. De geest verzachten door ademhaling<\/strong><br>Langzaam inademen, de adem even vasthouden en vervolgens zacht uitademen ontspant het zenuwstelsel. Deze bewuste ademhaling kalmeert de mentale activiteit en bevordert ontspanning in slechts twee of drie minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Avondrituelen cre\u00ebren<\/strong><br>Voor het slapengaan het licht dimmen, schermen vermijden, enkele pagina\u2019s lezen of een kruidenthee drinken cre\u00ebert een rustgevend ritueel. Het lichaam begrijpt geleidelijk dat het tijd is om te vertragen en te ontspannen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. In het moment leven<\/strong><br>Aandacht hebben voor geluiden, gewaarwordingen en de ademhaling maakt het mogelijk het moment te ervaren zonder druk.
